JOB TITLE: 100% Remote Director Digital Marketing & Social Media

JOB SUMMARY:

Save Our Homes Now, a subdivision of RealPlaces is offering a 100% remote position opportunity for a Digital Marketing and Social Media, Director. The successful candidate will be able to ultimately establish your own, permanent, 6 figure marketing role as a direct result of generating a consistent and reliable flow of prospects through digital marketing efforts and social media marketing. Like a CMO the candidate will become intimately familiar with the fears, hopes, and challenges that our target markets face by coming up with ideas and testing what drives awareness, and what increases customer interest, engagement, lead conversion, and interactions. The candidate will be responsible for researching, prioritizing, categorizing, and developing content, posts, calls to action and offers to grow customer awareness, engagement, and trust. The candidate will become intimately familiar with our company’s content and tools while analyzing, recommending, and improving how we reach our goals, all while learning about real estate investment.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • YOU MUST RESIDE in timzone GMT-5 (EST) or GMT -4 (Central)
  • JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing and Social Media, Director - 100% Remote
  • Job Type: revenue split for full-time positions (if you are a student you are eligible for academic credit like an internship)
  • Pay Rate: Revenue share opportunity to earn $100K+

  • Location: 100% Remote/Work from home/Anywhere (CST & EST time zones)
  • Shift: Full-Time or Part-time, flexible hours at least 20 hours a week

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and intimately become familiar with the fears, hopes, perspectives, wants, and needs of our customers to better understand, resolve, or alleviate their challenges.
  • Speak and write with customers to gain information and insight
  • Share results, decisions, and developments with the team
  • Moderate and correct all written material and correspondence so that everything is grammatically correct with no spelling errors and easily understandable.
  • Develop and share content, posts, calls to action, and offers to grow customer awareness, engagement, and trust
  • Become intimately familiar with company content and tools to be able to provide information and resources to target audiences
  • Improve our customer’s experience by developing and using materials that provide insight to help prospects weigh and clarify their decisions and increase the chances of their success
  • Research, analyze, recommend, and implement new processes and procedures to improve and simplify our work 
  • Use marketing, psychology, human behavioral sociology, and analytical methods of measurement
  • Use a CRM and a dozen other different technology platforms to manage customer information and data
  • Edit images and short videos
  • Export, clean, reformat, import, and manipulate data for use in creating targets and maps, and prioritizing

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Spoken Spanish fluency with strong written grammatical confidence and ability
  • NO real estate license or industry experience required, and in fact strongly NOT preferred
  • Take charge self-starter entrepreneurial type who is confident to take calculated risks and make mistakes
  • Highly organized individual who relies on their calendar with a strong ability to manage and prioritize
  • High level of spelling and grammatical accuracy with written material and correspondence
  • Articulate verbal communicator in 10th-grade language
  • Fanatic with catching spelling and grammatical errors.
  • Possess a strong interest and ability in analytics
  • Able to work with Excel advanced formulas and tools like vlookups, pivot tables, and enjoy learning techniques to clean, reformat, and manipulate data sets
  • Able to quickly learn software and other technology platforms
  • Able to use image editing software
  • Basic knowledge and familiarity with HTML to help evolve our online tools and digital communication
